The flow path, constructed from aluminum and selected plastics (PTFE/FKM diaphragms and FKM valves), makes it suitable for a wide range of applications with non-corrosive gases.

Ideal for applications such as exhaust gas analysis, degassing of small amounts of viscous media, and as a backing pump for compact turbomolecular drag pumps, the MD 1 offers maintenance-free operation with high reliability.
